Please read the following information carefully so we can make sure to get you your order when you need it!
For customers having oysters shipped to them directly:
- We ship orders only on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, and Thursdays. Please select a delivery date using the delivery date picker before checkout, or leave us a note with your order indicating your preferred delivery date (only Wednesday, Thursday, or Friday delivery available).
- We have cutoff times for ordering for next day delivery. You must place your order before 6 am if you are selecting next day delivery services. If your order is placed after 6am, it will not ship until the following day.
- Any orders placed after 6 am on Thursday will be shipped the following Tuesday. Any orders placed before or after 6 am on Thursday using 2nd Day Air shipping services will also ship the following Tuesday.
Please note that we have had to change our Free Shipping offer. Due to circumstances out of our control, a fair number of packages were not arriving to you on time via UPS Ground. We now offer free shipping only to customers within UPS Zone 1, which covers most of New England. UPS is not able to guarantee delivery of Ground orders. Thank you for your understanding as we continue to make improvements to best serve you.
The oysters for your order will be harvested on the day they are shipped. They are packed in insulated shipping containers along with frozen gel packs to ensure they stay cold and are sent via UPS. Fresh oysters, kept cold, can be enjoyed for two weeks.
